'That' 62 years

62 and leading years of India and japan Friendship

Dear Friends

India and Japan are celebrating the 62th year of friendly and diplomatic relations between the nations .
however the ties between these two ancient civilisations that are rich in tradition go much farther back.

The first Indian visitor of japan was Bodhirena , a buddhist priest who travelled to Nara city , the capital of japan at that time , for consecration of The Great Buddha Statue in Todagji Temple in the year 752.
Buddhism spread in japan and is one of the largest religion followed by the people of japan .
Even before that Hinduism travelled to japan via korea and was accepted as Shintoism , the chief religion of japan and japanese throne.

Japan has made many remarkable strides in technology , art , economic prosperiety and global peace initiatives in the late 20th century .
it would be very interesting to learn about it through the words and actions of some of the ldading sons of India and their association with Japan.

How to wake up in early morning without alarm

If you have started a new aim or training or a new plan i.e Waking early in the morning but without an alarm is a big challenge ...

If you are a starter person and wanted to wakeup early in morning then for first few days you will have to wakeup by the support of Alarm

because if today you wakeup at 6.00 am by the support of alarm ,
then there are many chances that the next day you will wakeup nearly 6.00 am without alarm

The science of how to wake up naturally
Our body's circadian rhythms are governed by the suprachiasmatic nucleus, a clump of nerves in the center of your brain that tells you when to feel tired and when to feel awake. The key word here isrhythm: the more consistent your sleeping and waking times, the more readily you'll sleep and wake, thanks to a protein called PERIOD (or just PER).

The number of PER proteins in our cells goes up and down through the day. In the evening, PER levels go down and our systems relax accordingly,
as blood pressure, heart rate, and mental processes all begin to wind down.
As the morning approaches, your PER levels go up, raising your body temperature and blood pressure.
In addition, mobilization (usually called "stress") hormones like cortisol start releasing into your body, weaning you out of slumber and into the activity of the day.

If we set a time to sleep and wake for every day, then our relaxation and mobilization proteins and hormones can start to activate accordingly.
If you do it with a consistent enough rhythm, you may not need that alarm clock after all.
For similar reasons, your snooze button is a deceitful bastard.
When you first wake up, your body is coursing with mobilization hormones, but putting your head back on the pillow tells your body to relax again. Which confuses what could be a clear morning routine.
And if you're sleeping through your alarm, you might wanna work on your sleep hygiene

How to boost memory power

My Research made me come here at point on How to boost memory power or how to grow the power to understand things faster

This Tricks is not only for primary school , secondary schook or highschool students but its also for college students and even old peoples

I am showing you that trick from which you can easily understand various things happened with you !!

Our brains are powerful organic machines. They control all thought, movement, and sensation while calculating and reacting with blistering speed. They store an immense amount of data as images, text, and concepts. Our brains also regulate thousands of complex functions, usually without bothering the conscious us with the exact details, such as with circadian rhythm, hormone balance, breathing, unconscious activity, and blood flow. This means the brain is constantly working, even when we sleep.

so let you know that

Taking sleep after studying makes your brain sharper , faster and brighter

,

yes sleeping after doing any work makes your memory faster to remember that incident

Scientists have discovered that if you have done any work or task and then gone to a deep sleep
then our cells collects the information and serves it to brain

Then after waking you will realize a fresh mind and that work well-known (you have done before sleeping)

If you have done reading this post then
